The basics of graphic design in Photoshop are relatively simple and can be mastered with some practice.

Photoshop features
In addition to its basic capabilities, you can use Photoshop to enhance your images, correct color, create art, and create videos. The following sections show you the steps you need to take to use Photoshop to enhance and correct your images, remove blemishes and wrinkles from your skin, create a collage or piece of art, and make a video.
Correcting for color
Photoshop enables you to make adjustments to color. You can adjust the lightness, saturation, and color temperature of a specific area within an image. You can use Photoshop for professional and personal projects by using the Color panel, Adjustments Layers panel, and the Selection panel to edit colors within a photo.
Using the Color panel
The Color panel is used to set or get color. If you select a color, such as the base color of a car, you can use the dialog box (see Figure 4-16) to change the color.

The Color panel appears in the Layers panel and can be opened by clicking the Color tab at the bottom of the Layers panel or by choosing Window⇒Color, as shown in Figure 4-17. (Alternatively, you can click the Smart Objects tab and double-click on a Smart Object to open the Color panel.)

The Color panel enables you to change the color of a selected area of an image. After you make your selections, you use a sliders to lower the lightness, raise the saturation, and lower the color temperature. You can also lower the exposure, sharpen the photo, or make minor adjustments.
The effects of the sliders are cumulative. So if you double-click a photo, which is a smart object, and lower the lightness and saturation, you also lower the saturation of the original exposure.
Use these steps to edit the colors in a photo:
1. Open a photo, as explained in the previous section and place it on a new canvas.
My main focus will be showing you how to install and use some of the features of Photoshop Elements, such as the layers and the text tool. I have also covered the new features of the latest version, Photoshop CS5.

Many of you may have been asking me what the new features of Elements are. I thought it might be interesting to you.

Enhance Your Photos in Photoshop
One of the most requested features of Photoshop Elements is the crop tool. The new crop tool allows you to easily crop a part of your image. With just one click you can create a crop mask to go in front of the pixels you want to keep.
Gimp is also a similar application to Photoshop Elements. It is free and open source software. The Gimp also has a cropped feature and a feature to create layers for your image.
Photoshop Elements also has a batch tool. This tool will let you apply a few different options to a few different images. You can even apply the crop, rotate, sharpen, and change the color of a few different images at the same time.
Enhance Your Photos in Elements
Gimp is also a free alternative. Here are some of the features of the Gimp:
Most of the features of Gimp are similar to Photoshop Elements and Photoshop. The gimp does not come with a layer or layer text tool. You would have to use Gimp’s layers to create a textured, blurred or other effects in your images.
Vector Tools in Elements
Elements has some really impressive vector tools. It has come a long way from when it was first released.
The vector tool is really cool because you can easily create a simple illustration of your Photoshop design. You can even easily merge several vector designs together. This way you can get different shapes and objects in one image.
New Features in Photoshop Elements 10
The new features of Photoshop Elements can be divided into two categories: features added in the current version and new features.

There are many such big organisations in and outside government as well as in the private sector. They have very good IT systems and various capabilities. They are not giving out jobs to Indians. Some of the so called important I-Jobs are given to foreign candidates.
They do not need to use Indian resources to get the foreign candidates. We all know how cheap it is to get a foreign candidate. They do not need to give opportunities to Indians. They are using less skilled and underpaid people from India to handle the jobs.
There are several I-Jobs in this scenario. There is no standard in selection. They do not check the capabilities of the candidates. They just appoint them without any ground work. As a result, there are very good Computer and IT professional who end up in lower profile jobs.
They do not have to work for the big agencies they have to work in call centres or in any jobs in the private sector which is totally different from the large I-Jobs.
There is a lot of fraud because the appointment process is not transparent, there is no standard and there are fraud by the recruiters because the frauds come from recruiters who take services for the jobs. Therefore, it is a very tough situation for the candidates because they have a very high competition from better qualified candidates.
What we should do is that after our coming back from abroad we have to be very honest to our government. We should ask a question in these govt agencies where we work – are we getting a fair and reasonable deal? Then we should demand that the situation must change.

I don’t agree that we shouldn’t demand a fair and reasonable deal. We should. We should ask for it. But we should be prepared to walk away from jobs that don’t give us that. If we’re unhappy with the process, we can’t complain. We must complain. But we should speak up so that it’s not just us.
Giving out a fair and reasonable job to an underpaid and overworked Indian IT professional is something that can be done. But not for companies like Wipro that have to pay foreign workers as cheap as possible to do their

Sarcoidosis is an idiopathic disease of unknown aetiology, which results in granulomatous inflammation of the lungs and other organs. Neurosarcoidosis is its central nervous system counterpart. Although its incidence is rather rare, it is associated with substantial morbidity and it has a negative impact on the patients’ quality of life. The average survival rate after diagnosis of neurosarcoidosis is approximately 5 years, which is the duration of therapy. Treatment of neurosarcoidosis can be divided into symptomatic and specific therapy. Patients who are asymptomatic or have only a few symptoms are rarely monitored by the occupational physician. For symptomatic patients, a particular therapeutic approach is recommended for each symptom. If symptoms persist or worsen, the therapeutic outcome is not promising. In this situation, general treatment with immunosuppressive drugs (especially corticosteroids) is usually sufficient. Arachnoiditis may require surgery, and sarcoidosis may require radiotherapy. The review of the literature on neurosarcoidosis revealed that its incidence, manifestation and therapy have not yet been discussed in occupational medicine literature. Therefore, the current paper is a follow-up of the first study on neurosarcoidosis within the International Network of Neurosarcoidosis (INNS). It is possible that the incidence of neurosarcoidosis is underestimated, since the cases reported were diagnosed by using diagnostic methods that are usually applied by otorhinolaryngologists or neurologists. Most reports described a rather late diagnosis of neurosarcoidosis. This might be due to the low awareness of occupational physicians about neurosarcoidosis and the lack of specific diagnostic procedures in occupational medicine
