I use Ps for photo for processing. I think the resizing, etc works best if you use the raw files, then save them again. It gives the clearest results. I don’t think I have ever used the smart previews though. Maybe they get you more for that.

Please give us a glimmer of light! The smart previews area is very useful but it is where you get the least return on the investment. Keep hunting the consumers for results… they will show up!!!

I’m in love with the AI feature. It’s taking up most of my daily use. I haven’t used it much since CS6 or I would have been buying the subscription about a year ago. Likely will purchase another year subscription when they upgrade to AI. I never found HS to be adequate for what I’m looking for in a feature, so I switched over to P7.

Well, that was pretty good. Had I used this in the past, that would have been my impression of the first Photoshop Sketch. I do like the fact that there is no real need for me to go to my computer to view the image and the processing will be done offline to at least some degree. That said, I do see the use for it. I came across an image in the Nexus line up that I wanted to get the look ready on and had not uploaded it. This was much faster than uploading to the computer and upscaling the images in PS before opening. No, I cannot use this for all my work, but I just want the occasional ad hoc work for a client to nip in the bud or give feedback, and this is better suited than the computer for that.
