Those similar regions are then applied as adjustments to the new layer.

What It Does: This is basically an image editor. It’s one of the most sophisticated image editors on the market. And while image editing software may not be a major competence of your average digital photographer, this is the best one around. Photoshop provides plenty of options, allowing even the biggest of imagers to get creative. The menu can be navigated with directional keys, but you can activate the menu on the keyboard also. It supports a range of file formats and is highly customizable. It’s not cheap though. Yes, we mean both ways.
