I’m on Pylons 0.13.1
I have an error (my first at this time) using django-pylons with the following code:

When I run this it works fine, but when I add a new view (e.g. the create_project method) to the ProjectActionController, then this error is raised:
TypeError: ‘bool’ object is not callable

In your first example the type of action is not defined, and the type of get_controller.HttpController is returned by the name of the class. I guess in your second example the type of action is not None, so it’s a string. I suggest that you specify the type, for example :
