Last night I made a quick and easy rhubarb pie, and I can’t wait to try it again with some more time to spend in the kitchen. This rhubarb pie uses creamy ricotta to replace the traditional eggs, and it is filled with radishes, herbs, and crème fraîche. This pie is the perfect Spring pie for any occasion. With radishes, fennel, and rhubarb, you are guaranteed to get a balanced, healthy meal. I topped it with some finely chopped pistachios, but there are so many ways to finish a rhubarb pie. Get creative!

Rhubarb Pie
Print Ingredients Filling:
1/2 cup diced fresh radishes
1/2 cup diced fennel
1/4 cup diced spring onions
2 tbsp. finely sliced fresh mint
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
4 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
Tart Crust:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
Assassin’s Creed II is a third-person action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. It is the second major installment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, and is the first mainline Assassin’s Creed title released on PC. The story takes place in the American Colonies, primarily in 1775 after the events of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 22, 2010.
– Gameplay –
Assassin’s Creed 2 is the culmination of the Assassin’s Creed series and plays with the concept of the “free run” the first title introduced.
In Assassin’s Creed the player is “free-running”. The player can navigate the environment in order to freefall from point A to point B. The main goal is to subdue enemies quickly and by using their environment to takedown the assassins’ target in as non-violent a manner as possible.
In Assassin’s Creed 2 this concept is taken to another level, by having the player dynamically change their movement speed in order to simulate running, meaning that the less speed they use the less energy they are expending. This system is called the “runner”.
The main difference between the two main modes of movement is the level of support the main character can provide, with a “runner” mode allowing the character to better utilize their dynamic movement speed to traverse the environment and the ability to slide during combat.
Assassin’s Creed II also introduces a new feature called the Eagle Vision. This ability allows the player to see enemies through walls and can be used offensively and defensively.
The game has many available combat styles, ranging from stabbing a sword through the gut of an enemy to using a hidden blade and finishing them off by decapitating them, slicing them, shooting them or wrestling them to the ground.
The game also introduces the ability to use ropes to climb and swing between points. A rope can be rigged, meaning that the player can go to a specific location and have a rope automatically appear, providing a means of access to strategic points in the environment.
– Visuals –
As far as the graphics are concerned, Assassin’s Creed 2 brings an overall improvement over the graphics of the previous title. The character models and environments have been significantly improved in many respects.

Graphics:
Tiki Galore has pixelated graphics, reminiscent of classics like Ninja Gaiden or Taito games. The look of the whole game reminds me of Katamari Damacy, and I love it!
Gameplay
-searching for all powerups
-the rooms in the game don’t always have hidden powerups at the beginning of the level
-there are multiple exits that allows for easy re-spawning
-managing powerups when done searching for powerups
-there are powerups that use up some or all of the ball’s fuel
-access to “speed run” mode
Impressions
-the music is actually catchy, with a retro sound
-the sound effects are nice
-the graphics are fine, even with the pixelated graphics
-the game is fast and the controls are good
-the boss at the end is an interesting challenge
-the boss has a “sudden rush” to beat the game
-the game doesn’t always display a prompt “you only have 4 balls” before the boss
Last I had heard, games like these where the you wear a silly outfit and have to jump around randomly had been a way to pass the time for some time. But lately, I see a lot of people dancing around the older games on the PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS with rhythm games. So I’m fairly curious how Tiki Galore is and whether or not it can stand out from the crowd?
Gameplay:
In just about every game in this category, the objective is to chase something. I don’t have the slightest idea what this one is about. Some people go around collecting coins or gems or whatever.

Reversi HD v1.0.4 Is a great remake of the Othello game, one of the simplest to learn and play, but an incredibly difficult game to master in mind games like tile flipping games. The way the white pieces are spaced apart out is perfect for someone who doesn’t know the game well and even better for someone who is new to the game.
