Designers have their own ways of coloring up a photo. They can tweak color temperature or adjust blue-to-yellow and can even add a more authentic “right now” feel with less saturated colors. In the image above, the designer has left the light and color temperatures the same, but they’ve removed the green, used a warmer blue, and added more violet to the photo.

First thing I like about this photo is that it has depth, I can detect it even without choosing edge sharpen, and then I can use a soft brown to correct it.
