This is a good thing, because its still all about luck, but it also means you can make it your own to suit your own style of play.

So what do you get with Capo Dei Capi? A simple mechanics, but an interesting strategy. The rules are really simple. You roll the dice, the mayor chips you need to spend to spend. On your turn, you go around the table and give the mayor chips to the next person, passing as many the required number of times as possible. Once the player has the required number, s/he can use those mayor chips to buy a card. Once they have spent them all, they can end their turn. This person then gets another turn by giving the mayor chips to the next person, passing as many as s/he needs to. After they use those chips on the card, they can end their turn. This continues until the time runs out and everyone has exhausted all their mayor chips. If someone fails a bust roll, they go to jail.
