ElDEn Ring is a fantasy RPG developed by the CryEngine®3 editor team at Crytek Austria, set in the Elden Ring, a world with 5 Lands that is formed between the five Elements.
The game will allow you to become an Elden Lord and free the Lands Between from chaos by fighting against a variety of monsters, reaching new dungeons, and coming into contact with Elden Lords.
In addition to online battles that support up to 3 players at the same time, you can also access the world map from any player on the server.
You can enjoy the game in an arcade-type combat for up to four players using a shared controller, or you can enter into a fierce and intense one-on-one game by using the Quick Match system.

Set in a world of mountain and sea located in a unified continent known as “Heaven’s Refuge”, a once peaceful land has been shattered by mankind as a result of Eve first appearing. The land itself has been divided between warring nations. The descendants of man who lost everything have retreated to the far-away mountains, while those who fought a desperate battle have seized an island that lies between the sea and land. Together with the Four Grand Orders of the Warring Kingdom, a citizen who possesses talents from different backgrounds is selected to become the representative of the country, no matter where he/she happened to be. This is because such a person has the power to unify the country under one banner.
In the Warring Kingdom, the powers are divided into a total of five Grand Orders. They are the Warriors, Magicians, Nobles, Priests and Knights. Picking one to rule is a prestige and a great honor. Holding a seat in the National Parliament would also be an unforgettable honor. However, with their abilities, it is more than likely that they would not be the one who leads the country. As such, the very process of selecting a representative of the people will be a struggle between the five. I think it’s a shame that we can’t use the horror genre to comment on modern society and the way our culture has changed. It can be done today. I think the best horror is more closely associated with science-fiction, because it deals with the fate of the human condition. But I think we could use these tools to comment on modern society. I think the possibilities are endless. I think the biggest question is, “What scares you these days?” It’s such an interesting time to be making movies. If you look at the classic films, they were all made in a different era. And the people who made them were different from the people that are making them now. We’re able to have the balls to make films on topics that would have been taboo to make a decade or more ago. So the fear levels are higher these days.
Did you enjoy making Dead Right?
It was a labor of love. And I didn’t believe this was something that could ever happen, and then it did happen. It was a wonderful experience. It was a genuine labor of love, and I’m very proud of the final result. I think it ended up being a pretty cool show.
You’ve done movies with Dakota Fanning before—I saw Dakota Fanning’s promotional material for this film, and she seems really poised, like a very mature young woman. Do you think you two have a good relationship?
