Photoshop has another name on the Mac: Adobe Photoshop Elements. It’s a smaller program intended to enable users to edit small digital images and can be downloaded free from the Mac App Store.
A Photoshop plug-in is a piece of software that brings a third-party tool to Photoshop. They’re usually designed to run only in Photoshop but sometimes can be loaded into Photoshop separately.
You’ll learn about plug-ins in the Add Plug-ins window chapter.
In the following sections, you can see the collection of tools that are available for working with specific types of digital images. You can access these tools in the Tools panel’s fly-out menu or by selecting Tools from the menu bar or the small Tools icon in the top-left corner of the window.
## The Filters Gallery
Photoshop’s Filters panel houses filters that mimic the effects found in traditional film photography, as well as a handful of non-film effects. Filters include a blur filter, gradients, emboss, vignette, pointillism, stamp, cross-process, darkslide, posterization, posterized textures, posterize layers, and sharpening filters.
Many of these filters have a Learn More button near the bottom of the menu. Click the button, and you see a description of the filter and a link to a page that describes it in detail.

Local notification dismiss view controller
Hi I have two view controllers and a local notification. When the local notification comes to first view controller after clicking on the notification alert I want to dismiss the view controller and present alert view controller on the first view controller.

I don’t know what you’ve done, but I’ll tell you in the most simple way I know:
What you should do is to pop all ViewControllers that are in the viewControllers property. (you will have to set this in your storyboard with the same name of the class).
Then, you have to go to your viewDidLoad or viewWillAppear methods depending on what you want to do.

EDIT:
Maybe you want to present the view controller when another view controller is presented. If you want to wait for the second view controller to be displayed, you can add a listener on the presentingViewController. If the presentViewController method of the UIViewController is called, you get the first view controller that you want to present as second view controller. You can use this with the presentedViewController property of the view controller. That is if you have a button that pushes a view controller, you use that action to present the view controller you want.

The report finds that journalists are on average earning less than they were in the mid 1990s, the start of Rupert Murdoch’s near decade of consolidation and of the digital revolution which still is unfolding.
But it gets worse, the IPPR warns that the crisis in journalism is only half the story and that it’s not confined to Britain either.
