I have the same problem, and I think it’s a bug from the software that installs the email accounts on Windows CE 5.0. They never are working but they are created when you start the software. I try to copy all from another phone just to remove the email accounts on my phone but the problem persist.

Are you downloading the latest files? You can contact the developer and ask him for troubleshooting info. Usually, it’s really easy. I mean, Windows CE 5.0 is pretty old, so what do you expect?
