Select the Brush tool (top left) and press and hold Shift while painting to create a selection.

Select the Marquee tool (top left) and drag over an area on a layer on which to work.

Select the Quick Selection tool (top left) and drag to select the area to be cropped.

Click the Crop tool (top left) and drag across the cropped area to remove unwanted areas.

Click the in the lower-right corner to activate the Content-Aware option.
D.
Click and drag to edit the contents of the cropped area.

Click the Add Layer Mask button (top left) to add a layer mask to the cropped area.
F.
Click the Layer Mask button to activate the layer mask.
Use the Top Layer Mask setting to check the current mask on the top layer.

Activate the Free Transform tool and press .

Drag and rotate the image to the desired position.

Press the Delete key to remove the selection.

Activate the Move tool and select the three points of the crop selection.

Click the Options button (top left), and select Stack In New Layer.

Click OK to create the new layer.

Click the New Layer button to create a new layer.

Switch to the Layers palette and click the New Layer button (top left) to create a new layer.

Invert the selection.

Activate the Edit Invert button (top right) and select Edit Invert.

Click in the layer mask and drag downward until the selection is complete.
Use the Move tool and select the Free Transform tool to position the new crop on the original layer.

There are two versions of Photoshop Elements. The current version is Photoshop Elements 2018. This article will focus on Photoshop Elements 2018 (FE, EE or EE); any links to Adobe Photoshop are for reference only.
Photoshop Elements is a cheap alternative to Photoshop, but it can be used to edit all kinds of images. Photoshop Elements is a program for common tasks such as editing images, fixing the colors, resizing and cropping images, changing the effects or adding special text and graphics.
A small team of developers, graphic designers and educators from Mac and Windows, has written this article to help you learn the basics of Photoshop Elements.
Getting started
After you have downloaded the program and installed it, open it.
Start with Photoshop Elements 2018 and click New.

Open your photos, select the photo to work on and click Open.
Select the photo you want to work on from your hard disk or your photo file in your computer’s library.
The image
You will first want to select an image to work on. You will notice that if you have a duplicate file it will say so in the File Information area. The duplicate file will not affect your work because you can select and delete both files at the same time.
Once you have an image open, it is time to create your document. Your document is a table or space where you can create layers and work.

Click Layers in the Palette, then click New.

From the layout area that pops up, choose the horizontal or vertical toolbar and choose OK.
A table area will appear in the workspace.

From the Table section, choose the Fonts and Colors buttons.

Click the Fonts button and use the type palette to change the type and font. You can also type directly from the keyboard using the “type panel”.

Click the Colors button.
You can select colors from the Color pop-up menu.

When you want to add a color, you can click on it from the Color palette in the workspace.

The Pantone Colors palette is a large color palette that you can click and drag to add colors.

Почему не подключается класс в проекте
Здравствуйте.
Версия: NetBeans 8.2, JDK 1.8.0_242.
Как видно на изображении, текст в заголовке стал процентов в десять раз больше, чем необходимо. Я так понял, что меняется настройка шрифта, но нигде не нашёл информации о чём. Может кто в счёт? Или может кто-то объяснит как меняется заголовки, а на вёрстке под разные шрифты используется?

Why do bullies attack a player or coach who is not even close to the ball?The bully is most likely full of himself and the high paycheque so he thinks he is entitled to pounce without any consequence. It is sad that this’sport’ is not only enjoyed by a large segment of the population but loved by many. Hopefully the line will be drawn somewhere and the bully will not have the choice to take it any further.

I thoroughly agree with SR, good sportsmanship is a fundamental part of the game – not to mention the fact that most big sporting events are publicised to the same’market’ as the game itself, and to behave badly while being cheered on at the ground is just plain wrong.
