Now that we have completed a full set of high definition BluRay and DVD set reviews we can see what we have in our collection. You might be wondering why we posted a full set of reviews and not a “Quick Review” that simply says what BluRay files we have in our system to see if it is something you are interested in or not. The reason is simple. People looking to get a BluRay player usually don’t want to commit now until they get there. For example, there was recently leaked information on The Hobbit Movie where someone posted photos of what they thought would be in the next movie. They were wrong but we won’t say the information was correct. Because of this we wanted to bring everything we got a way to get a full set of reviews for people that wanted to see if they were interested. The problem was that a lot of BluRay titles were going to get to “quick reviews” so we had to find a way to make sure the reviews included all of the titles. The solution is the same with every set we have ever posted. It will only go by one title per set. That is one reason why you see some videos for multiple movies as separate items in the set. That is why “Captain America” has four videos.

This one is the one I’m most excited about. We have 1080p, 720p, and 2K BluRay’s of the most iconic Terminator movie ever made. When I installed it on my game console, I have to admit I nearly broke the TV trying to fit the remote in. I have much fun playing the movie through Plex.
The fourth and latest Stargate movie was released to DVD in 2007 but is 1080p for the first time on Blu-Ray. Perfect. Directed by Ron Howard and starring Kurt Russell, Corbin Bernsen and Amanda Tapping, this sci-fi blockbuster has many sequences that are just amazing.

Great news for all those who love big budget sci-fi! Finally The Weinstein Company has released this on BluRay and it’s a very well done DVD. This is the second time this high budget Sci-Fi movie has been released on BluRay, but this time the 1080p footage is incredible.
