over the years there have been many thought provoking documentaries out there which show the reality of the life of the people in slums of india. most of them are packed with the problems that plague the poor people that need our help. however, a recent documentary series made by a non governmental organization run by two female activists proves that there are people who care for the life of the slum dwellers and come to rescue those who dwell in slums.

the documentary consists of three parts and is titled top of the slums. the first part of the documentary consists of the earlier episodes. it is a series which tells us the problems and real situation of slum dwellers. after watching the documentary the audience will find that such problems are not going to solve. they will become a permanent problem. therefore, it is very much needed that all those institutions should come together and help these people to bring out a change. they should come forward to give some aid in these slums and help the people there.

the second part of the documentary contains the later episodes of the series. it is a documentary about the way in which the slums are and how are these people are rescued. in this documentary we can see how the slum dwellers lives. in this part of the documentary we can also see the people who come to rescue them and help them to give them some happiness, which they have lost. the third part of the documentary is titled as freedom. this part tells us about how do we achieve this freedom. the part tells us what do we really need to move to the next stage of our life.
