In his study of old cargo manifests and other documents, government employee Andrew Sawyer has begun to suspect that the mysterious monster sightings on Beacon Island may, in fact, be the work of ancient creatures. But when the four-person S.S. Tenebris arrives at the island, he discovers that the crew of the ship seem strangely determined to maintain a secret, one for which there can be only one explanation: that the monsters are real! Once the boat’s captain has succumbed to the horrors of the island, the other crewmembers are bound to die, and Andrew will soon be faced with a terrible decision – one with life-changing consequences for those he cares about. Can Andrew and his friends save the people aboard the Tenebrides before the boat is lost forever, and hope to get back to land alive?
Special Notes: The Lightless Beacon can be run in conjunction with other scenarios such as the Broken Necklands, Beacon Isle, or even a stand-alone Cowl of Darkness. The Beacon Island provided in this scenario is in an environment that is known to be technically active, but has been dormant for some time now. Take this as a cautionary tale: be sure to consider the feasibility of the situation. Should it seem that the scenario is a great fit for your campaign, it’s important that you think of where your characters are, what mysteries they’ve unraveled, and where the line between sanity and insanity is drawn. You may be surprised by what you discover!
SUMMARY
The Lightless Beacon is the official, Kickstarter-funded sequel to our most popular and acclaimed scenario, The Cowl of Darkness. The story begins on Beacon Island, a seemingly empty and nondescript isle that has been without human habitation for many years. With the arrival of an out-of-town charter boat, the crew finds themselves coping with a host of oddities: mysterious lights and creatures of all shapes and sizes are seen moving freely about the island’s shore. With one boat captain already dead, the rest of the crew desperately tries to mount a rescue mission that only serves to prove the island’s true peril.
This scenario is an excellent choice for new players to explore their first Keepers League session, or as a follow-up to the Cowl of Darkness, when the mysteries behind it are not yet fully resolved. We’ve even included a three-page background scenario, The Lightless Beacon – part of the Keeper’s League, that can be played as soon as the players are able to

Adorn your garden with decorations and watch as your garden grow more lush than ever before with new plants, bushes and trees and get populated by new animals, both in the sea, on the ground and in the sky.
If you want you can pluck trees and harvest plants yourself, or let your Mellows do the work for you while you watch or build and invest in new plants. The Mellows will even continue to work and tend to the garden while you are not playing the game!
As you play you will unlock new items and as you continue to expand and improve your garden your magic oak tree will grow even bigger with it, soon reaching its crown to the sky and beyond!

Every character, boat, boat crew, and facility has a use, a place, a purpose. Whether it’s working on a dock, selling fish, using a factory or fixing a ship, it all matters in the bigger picture.

– Infinite terrain – For a few minutes of research I went into the Unity menus and played around with scaling, etc, and managed to make my FPS work in a 2x2x2 dimension, but the result was mostly garbage. I haven’t changed this aspect much since. A friend of mine has recently posted a very neat youtube video that shows how the FPS Microgame works, and how it can scale to work in a given area. I have some ideas to do this, but Unity has not been helping me. I can create a long corridor where I can just walk the length of it and it would work as intended. I can also place my objects outside the map, and have them become visible or invisible as the camera changes position.
– No Weapon balancing – There is a single rifle on the map, and it is very powerful, but it can kill a medium sized robot in one shot. Luckily, there is a single robot on the map that does nothing but defend this rifle, and it will not get far without some kind of upgrading. If this is where you come in. There is more than just a single bullet, the single bullet spawns more bullets. The single bullet spawns its bullets at about 2x2x2 squares of the terrain, which means that I can have multiple bullets spawning at once. At the current size of the map, it’s quite unlikely that you’ll be shot by a single bullet, but if you spawn two or more, you will be surrounded by enemies.
– No Camera – The first version’s camera is that of a top-down view, and the only way to move it is to click and drag. There are a few triggers where the camera can be moved, but I have not implemented that functionality yet. In addition, the camera changes it’s location very fast when changing directions, so if you are on the edge of the map and have your direction changed to the right, you will get quite far off the edge before you realize it. This is less a problem than it is a feature, but it might be a bit disconcerting for some.
– No Windows – I have NO idea how this was made to work, or how to replicate this on a linux system. The tutorial only shows how to make it work with Windows. It appears that some kind of driver is needed for the program to work on a Linux system, but it is unclear where this driver is.The tutorial looks outdated, but it seems to get a bit close to the end.

Is there anyone specific that you dont like? Any weaknesses you notice?
Besides those guys that I gave examples before I don’t think they are all “fake”. Plus each episodes had those characters I listed already. Even The Idkea Bachelor has them. I believe if a show does have those types of guys 1 or more times in that same show it makes them nothing. I think it makes them bad. My only complaint is that the show is 1 hour long instead of half hour long so the ending of each episode is a little rushed. I would have a little bit of longer scenes with each of the guys or some of the freak girls before each of the guys get on the beach and go the restaurant. My point is that they will do the same sh*t all over again. Its like watching a tennis game but they never really play the ball.
they certainly are, and as much as they are ridiculous and annoying, they work (the fact that each man was on the show, with his sh*t smelling twatty, made them memorable enough to have fun with if you count that privilege as an advantage). which, while i’ll take the few good moments over the constant stench of desperation, foreplay and friend/family relations, i’m not a fan of them on their own.

They are mocking fathers and how they behave over the years. The father pays for the wedding and has to spoil them. The father pays for the family and has to create the hard work like being a babysitter, who is on her 15th day of college. The father has to be a shoulder for the ex-wife and the kids when she still remarries. The father has to be on their side when they get messed up with some love interest. The father is a back to God and TV shows so they can stay constantly on their toes. The father has the physical stress of baking a pie every week when dinner is beef and chicken. At least let that person go to the airport and stand in the line with me. I don’t need a full family on me. Go get a husband!
