the game has a story mode. you start in a city far away from mexico city where you have to work your way up to the biggest city in the game. the game is also great for an offline singleplayer experience.
the background story of this game is that the world is facing a big crisis. the oil supply is running low and there are no reserves left. mexico has to produce for itself. this has created an opportunity for entrepreneurs to make their fortunes. the game lets you play one of those entrepreneurs.
