I would be willing to pay 10 dollars for a good image editing program.The program that I use is currently photoshop and for some reason, I find that I can tweak and work with images and edit pretty much any design imaginable.
Thank goodness I have it now. I am impressed by how much has changed, and there’s lots of reasons to get this release. First among them is the evolutionary leap of the newest mobile features with the iPad Pro, such as Pencil support, Camera Clarity, and Pen on Canvas. Also new is a new file-management platform (see The New File System). The biggest change is how Photoshop CC in combination with Adobe’s Creative Cloud gives you access to the full repository of new plugins, such as SpeedGrade and Photoshop Mix, as well as exciting new features. Thanks to the 2016 release, I’m also impressed with the new Creative Cloud-specific features—especially the ability to access data from your smartphone or tablet, via the new mobile app—and I’m looking forward to using these features myself.

The latest major version of Photoshop does so much and so many things right; you won’t even notice that you’ve made any adjustments. However, there are a few tweaks or minor adjustments that make this release worth your consideration.
I had a graphics design business for 40 years, so I purchased Photoshop Elements when it was released. I have since upgraded to the latest version and it’s fantastic. I still love Elements, but Photoshop Elements was never up to par with the latest version. Photographers rely on Photoshop for a lot more than just photo retouching now, but I still enjoy Elements, particularly for non-photography activities that I have to do like testing in Photoshop. However, I’ve found that the general public is unaware of the variety of features that Photoshop Elements offers and so they’re often shocked when they find out and think that it’s pretty lame.
I started with Elements and then switched to Photoshop because I was a beginner then and Elements was fine. I’m an intermediate photographer now and so I didn’t see the point in continuing to use Elements. I use Elements for other tasks mostly, like web design. So far, I’ve had decent luck with Elements, but I’m still hesitant to recommend it for new users. No matter how hard Adobe tries to marketing it as a serious photo editing tool, there’s no way Elements can compete with Photoshop. However, it’s not a bad tool. I definitely recommend it for anybody who doesn’t want to use Adobe Photoshop.
Adobe Photoshop supports a variety of file formats for storage and editing. Using an image editor like Adobe Photoshop can work as an outline or sketching tool for ideas. In the future, Adobe may bring workspace functionality to the browser, so you can design your masterpiece right in the browser.
