IssSurvey is a good alternative to other uninstall survey products out there. It has a very easy to use graphical interface and is multi-language compatible.

There are no installation requirements, yet it is still 100% customizable and you can easily modify it to your liking.

You can add your own questions by providing a custom-text, format of an image or icon etc. Also a custom screen can be displayed and a number of other options.

The survey can be presented when the software is about to be uninstalled or when the installation is complete. The installation is tracked by the software and it will only display the survey to the users that are eligible (with an eligible time frame).

The survey must be presented in a window-based application (as of version 5.0) which is also customizable. If a window is not presented to the user, no feedback will be recorded.

From the IDE (InnoSetup) run the following commands:
