Work elements and methods

Work elements are graphic objects, such as lines, arcs, circles, text, or reference frames, that can be manipulated to create a drawing or layout. Doing math with zero

Say I have a value of 0.00 and I want to perform a calculation on this using pandas. If I use math.pow(0,0) or math.pow(0,0).1, the answer I get is NaN. But if I use math.pow(0,0).01, I get 0. And I was under the impression that NaN would mean no answer.
So what’s happening here? Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Answers to mathematical questions have to be numbers. If you can compute any number you want, even though it might be irrational (or, if you prefer the term, “ill-defined”), then the result will be that same number.
pow doesn’t care about what it’s doing, as long as the first argument is not NaN, it just returns the product of the other two arguments. Thus the answer to your question is that it’s not a bug, and a bug would be that, if pow was implemented naively, it would return a different result depending on the number passed to it. But it doesn’t.
There is, however, a good chance that you don’t want an answer with a finite value anyway. NaN in Python is an integer and therefore has no precision. Maybe you mean that you want floating point accuracy?
You can of course round the result to the desired precision. In the example that you gave, you get 0.01 as the result (again, as an integer). You could round that to 0.1 by calling round on it:
