In the status bar, change the sort order. “Recent” is on top by default.
To do it in the menu (assuming you’re using GNOME): right click on the menu, select “Edit Menus” and check “Customize”, then change the sort order to “Recent”.

As a photo editor and printer for KPL, Tom Toth was all over newspapers and magazines throughout the greater Twin Cities. You can still find his name on the photo center’s “Wall of Fame.”
Tom, as he was affectionately called, was one of the first in the photo department at KPL. At the time, KPL had hired Tom to assist Joe Fugel with a satellite office and then Tom was promoted to manager.
Tom always had his clients’ photo needs in mind. “Tom was one of the first to use computers to take pictures for printing,” said Marilyn Harris, manager of marketing at KPL. “He provided them with a much more complete customer service than we had in the past.”
Tom’s work remained stellar until he was diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, at the age of 60. He was given two years to live and his wife was told that Tom only had six months to live.
“I had to do something to keep him going,” said Marilyn. “We went to Chicago to visit the Mayo Clinic and they tested Tom’s blood. It looked like he had high levels of glial cell-lineage derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF). So we ordered the medicine and I will never forget the day it came in the mail. It was so exciting to see Tom smile the first time he took it.”

The City of Seattle is planning to test a new concept for emergency shelter during the coronavirus pandemic, where families would be housed as an entire household, instead of being separated.
There are currently no plans to use the new concept at this time.
The shelter will not be used for children or other vulnerable populations during the coronavirus pandemic, officials say.
It will be temporary, meaning it will not be expected to be sustained long term and some of the new model’s expected benefits may not occur.
The City of Seattle is looking to try out a new model of emergency shelter for families where entire households would be housed in a single room during the coronavirus pandemic.
City officials will begin implementing the model in Spokane starting Monday and it will also be used in Canada starting April 29, according to the mayor’s office.

The model will likely not be sustained long term, as it is still in the planning stages and will not be implemented if concerns arise, the Seattle Times reports.
One reason for the temporary nature of the plan is that it is not the same as transitioning vulnerable populations like pregnant women and children into groups of households, according to the mayor’s office. The shelters will also not be used for child care.
The concept of this model originated after discussions about possible use of the new emergency shelter.
A city spokesperson told The Daily Caller News Foundation, “[The] temporary [shelter] is more about a stop-gap measure to keep as many families as possible together.”

“The city does not expect this concept to be implemented long term,” the spokesperson added. “As part of the emergency plans, the city is looking at best practices and temporary shelter housing to keep as many people as possible safe and connected while providing them with the most amount of resources to recover, which includes health, food, and childcare.”
When the plan is implemented in Spokane, it will be the first time Seattle has used the model, according to the mayor’s office. It will also be the first time a shelter is attempting to prevent contracting the coronavirus.

Using the “set” command:
update mytable set A = ‘a’ where id = 12
set has no parameters or arguments, so you’re using the command as
set(new_value, old_value)
so set A to a, and since you want it on 12 the where clause is useless.

Note that you don’t have to use UPDATE to do this, you can also use ALTER TABLE with a column definition change like this:
