Where to report a dangerous edit?

I’d like to report an edit on a post on Stack Overflow that is causing problems.

An edit was made that changed a legitimate text quote into something else.
The edit even changed the meaning of the quote.

Where should I report this?

I’m running into this problem, I have a range of different values, I use mean to group these, then I’m performing a simple sum on these sums, it should sum up 1, but it is showing a weird sum (approximately 5.3).

Any ideas on what could cause this?
