better maker?
It’s not clear yet.
I mean in general we can say that it’s like
taking a subjective measurement.
It’s very complicated.
The question becomes slightly more complicated
when we come to curved screens because then
you have the curvature and so that plays a
role.
It could be that in the future I can feel
the curvature of the device and I can feel
the curvature of the face, so I can see where
you mean.
I suppose that one could feel more or less
the curvature of the face, but I think, for
the device, it’s probably about the same.
I would say that the principle stays the
same, but I would not say that curved screens
would become more important than the flat
one.
I mean I don’t know if we would see a time
when we would prefer to have a curved screen.
You’d have to compare the flat screen to
what we have now.
You’d have to look at that.
It’s not a small question.
The flat screen is pretty remarkable at the
moment.
Flat screens are pretty big in terms of where
the market is.
We have 25.5 inches at the moment.
We are not going to go any smaller.
We have a nice big screen, and you could
probably make a curved one but it’s not an
issue that people would buy it and say “I
have to have it because it’s curved.”
But for now the big screens are incredibly
good, and that’s not going to change.
So maybe one day you might have a curved screen,
but you would have to convince people that
they really need it.

I think this depends on your target market.
I think people who are really into technology
are more interested in innovation than in
curved or flat screens.
I can’t really see a reason why you would
be more interested in a curved screen than
a flat one.
But if you are a non-technical person and
you don’t care a lot about tech and you just
like to watch a movie you might prefer curved
because the screen is closer to your eyes,
it might be more comfortable.
So the answer is it depends on your target
market.
