Keep UIButton frame constant

I have a UIButton that I have positioned using the following:

I would like the button to keep the same x and y position and width and height of 20 and 30. What is the best way to achieve this?

If I understand you correctly you have a button with a constant position, not a constant frame. That is, you have a button with its position fixed at x: 0, y: 0, but you want the frame to be at 20, 30.
If this is correct then you would have to have the button’s parent view, or the superview, be a fixed size. If it is the superview, then you would just position the button so that its center is at 20, 30 and resize the button to fill its parent view,
