This is a Java program, simple to understand. Maybe some one can give some advice or suggest me where to post this. I have searched on google but I couldn’t find anything.

It depends on the question, if its easy or not, if its well detailed or not.
For example, How do I do X in Java, belongs to Programmers.SE, while the OP gave it on CodeReview.SE.
