The Autohide plugin provides many new options that can be changed from the dialog window on the right side of the buddy list.
How to setup Autohide:
1. Go to “Plugins” and select “edit” from the right top menu bar, then click on “Add…”, a dialog window will appear that contains the options you should select to customize Autohide.
2. Once the dialog window appears, the first thing you will need to do is select “Always on top” from the “General” tab of the dialog window.
3. Now the next thing you will want to do is select “Time” from the “Settings” tab of the dialog window.
4. To do this, enter “2” into the textbox and select “Minutes” from the dropdown menu.
5. Now you will want to switch to “Behavior” tab and select “Hide” from the “Action” menu. This is an important step since this will determine what happens when the user selects one of the buddies.
6. When you select “Hide” from the “Action” menu you will need to select “When the user selects this buddy from the buddy list” and then select “this plugin” from the “Condition” menu.
7. After doing this, all you will need to do is select “OK” on the dialog window that appears.
8. When the dialog window is “OK’d”, you should be asked if you want to restart your computer. Click “Yes”.
Now that the plugin is setup, you should be able to see a new option on the buddy list called “Hide” that you can select to enable or disable the feature.

Using:
After setup, you can find “Always on top” under the “General” tab of the dialog window, select “Hide” from the “Settings” tab, and under the “Behavior” tab select “Hide” from the “Action” menu.
With this set up, you should be able to control the “Hide” option with the right buttons on the buddy list.
