The biggest disappointment is that I am not able to combine the newly-released filters or presets within Smart Previews. This means that when I have opened a series of images and moved to the Develop Module, I am unable to apply any corrections or edits I had made in Smart Preview. Every time I bring up the Develop Module, I notice I still have the same filter or preset I had applied in my previous work in Smart Preview. I end up applying a different filter and changing the style over and over when what I really want is to be able to make that one correction that will actually apply to all the images I am viewing in Smart Preview. I’m not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it certainly creates a workflow nightmare as I cannot apply the same correction across a series of images.

Thankfully, the Develop Module has seen a few improvements that make using this module not only faster than in previous versions, but make it more accurate as well. The ability to apply multiple corrections with the Clarity slider or a number of adjustment layers is more intuitive. The sliders are easy to use when you are achieving good results in the Develop Module.
