On September 17th, 2011, publishers HOBBY COLLECTION announced that the world of fantasy, “Tarnished,” will be released on mobile phones.

“Tarnished” is a fantasy action RPG that combines a unique story and gameplay. “Tarnished” takes place in a world in which gods once ruled over a small continent called Elden. The continents were divided into three regions after a war, and the continents were ruled by the three gods—Orszamas, Irskalu, and Seiros.

Orszamas’s territory is called the Sarn’Tekia. Irskalu’s territory is called the Chakul, and Seiros’s territory is called the Xamio. In the Sarn’Tekia, a large number of people reside in a city called Orbun. The Chakul, on the other hand, is a completely wilderness region. Finally, in the Xamio, a city called Balph is located in the northern region.

The history of these three continents is not known, but in the beginning, wars occurred between the three gods, and the three continents were divided. In other words, a large number of people disappeared.

In Orbun, a girl named Mima is in her mid-twenties, lives alone, and performs magic. One day, while traveling in the Chakul, she found two vial items with strange writing on them.

She sells the items and gains money. She also visits a village to talk to its mayor to obtain information.

In the meantime, two mysterious creatures appeared in Orbun. Mima discovers that the creatures are the ones with the strange vial items.

Mima suddenly becomes called upon to prevent the forces of evil from taking over Balph and to bring the three continents together again.

The game for mobile phones is designed so that it allows you to raise the level of your character while reducing the level of enemy attacks.

How to Play

Go to the main menu and select “Choose.”

Select an Adventure Guide.

Select “Count the number of actions you can take.”

Select “Decide whether or not to take actions.”

Select “Decide how much effect your actions will have.”

    Multiplayer:

    You are in the co-operative multiplayer of 1 to 4 players. You can fight the regular opponents of the land map and beat them. In every map, you can freely select the route between the major camp and the opponent’s major camp. If you are victorious, you’re sent to the opponent’s camp. If this is reversed, you’ll go to your own major camp.

    Match ends when one of you will have been transferred to the enemy camp. If you or the opponent who has been transferred to you will die at the same time, the next remaining player will become the winner.

    If you bring your wife along, you can add her as a character to your own save file. In this case, she will not be separated from your character and you can take her with you across to the enemy’s main camp. Following the same procedure, she will follow the game progress with you.

    Online Play:

    You can freely connect with others over the internet to fight the enemies of your own major camp or join up with friends to work on town creation together.
