Cutting and pasting
Don’t confuse cutting a piece of a picture with cropping an image, a technique used to trim off a piece of a picture, which is covered in the next section.
To crop an image, select the photo by highlighting it and then pressing Ctrl+I or clicking the Crop tool and choosing Image⇒Crop. Photoshop opens the Crop tool on the Tools panel. You can then drag the tool’s handles to trim off portions of the photo.
To copy a photo to the desktop so that you can work on it, select the picture by highlighting it and pressing Ctrl+C or clicking the Copy tool on the Tools panel and choosing Edit⇒Copy. Click the desktop icon to paste the photo into your photo editor.
To quickly access the Crop tool, press Ctrl+I. To exit the crop tool, press X.

MicroRNA-17-5p and HIF-1α Promote Osteogenesis of Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells under Hypoxia through Novel Mechanisms.
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in regulating gene expression and are considered as potential regulators of hypoxia-induced osteogenic differentiation of stem cells. However, the miRNA regulatory mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we found that the expression of hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)1α was decreased in induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) cultured under hypoxic conditions. We also found that both HIF-1α knockdown and overexpression impaired the osteogenic differentiation of iPSCs. Conversely, HIF-1α overexpression led to upregulation of miR-17-5p and miR-20a. Importantly, overexpression of miR-17-5p and miR-20a abolished the inhibition of osteogenesis induced by HIF-1α knockdown. We also showed that HIF-1α acts as a target of miR-17-5p, and that miR-17-5p can regulate osteogenesis of iPSCs by suppressing HIF-1α. Moreover, we identified that miR-17-5p directly targets the HIF-1α 3′ untranslated region (3′ UTR) and upregulates HIF-1α expression. Therefore, this study provided the first evidence that miR-17-5p and HIF-1α promote osteogenesis of iPSCs under hypoxia through novel mechanisms.f_1, f_2):

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention generally relates to magnetic-resonance imaging (MRI) systems and in particular to a system for interfacing a patient handling system (PHS) with a MRI gantry or table in the same imaging region.
2. Description of the Prior Art
In magnetic-resonance imaging (MRI) systems, a static magnetic field is created by a magnet within the imaging gantry. The magnet is energized to create the field which is referred to as a B0 field. In order to create a gradient in the B0 field, an array of coils is provided about the inside wall of the imaging gantry. In order to create the MRI pulse sequence, radio frequency (RF) pulses of varying amplitude are transmitted to the patient lying in the imaging gantry. The RF pulses are transmitted by transmit coils.
The MRI system must be serviced or repaired from time to time. However, the loading of the MRI system can be a problem in such a system. The time and cost to fix the problem can be significant.
There is need in the art for a system to interface a patient handling system with an MRI system in the same region. There is a further need for such a system that is not only reliable but that can be serviced and repaired easily.Q:
How to “manually” create a CollectionIndex?
I have a Index with over 100 rows in it. The data is from a web service so is being added automatically. The setup works fine for the more than 90% of the rows, but the last 10% of the rows cause an exception. (The rows are not being appended to this Index, they are only being inserted while they are created. So this is not an autoupdating Index.)
So I wanted to create an Index with all the rows, manually:

How can I manually create an Index that can be used to perform a search on? I have over 100 rows so manual creation of the Index would be tedious.
