at the beginning of the game, there are two different paths you can take with the nakama. one path focuses more on the romance, while the other focuses more on the action. there isnt much in between, and thats actually a good thing in this case. the story is mostly enjoyable, and the romance is quite good, with some great cgs, however, the romance in the other route is much better.

the only issue i had with this game was that i was disappointed at how short the prologue was. its only about 5 minutes long, and the prologue couldve been about 5 times as long. the prologue doesn’t really introduce any character or setting and instead just goes straight into action. there are some things that are said, but theyre not really explained well, and it just doesnt give the player a good feel for the setting or characters. i would like to see a longer prologue, and one with some more character development. while the story is good, it doesnt really feel like the characters are developed well. theyre written well, but it just didnt feel like they had enough of a backstory to really make them feel fleshed out. so yeah, there isnt a big deal with the length of the prologue, but it couldve been a lot longer and more well-developed. on top of that, the game ends abruptly, and you dont really get to see any of the ending. i wouldve liked to have seen some kind of ending after the prologue, so i wasnt totally taken by surprise. overall, the game is quite enjoyable, and the romance is quite good, but the game lacks in having a strong enough prologue.

if youre okay with a sad game with some romance, then this is a cute game to play and you can really get into it, and hopefully get a girlfriend or something out of it (my cat doesnt care lol). its also pretty long, so if you dont want to play a long game (which is not really necessary), then you can just play through the first story arc, which takes about 3.5 hours, and just play through the story. its simple enough. the characters are cute enough, and the romance isnt bad. the sad stuff is really sad. it feels like a classic vn. if you like otome games, you might really like this game, but its not really a role-playing game as much as a plot-oriented one. so dont expect to meet a lot of people, or get to level up or anything like that. its a good story, but the characters and romance are too one-dimensional and its too dark and depressing.
