**Rotate, Skew, and Distort**
The Rotate, Skew, and Distort tools allow you to rotate, skew, or distort your image.
You can find these tools in the Tools panel of the Tools sidebar. The Rotate tool is displayed in Figure 4-18; the Skew tool in Figure 4-19; and the Distort tool in Figure 4-20.
Figure 4-18. The Rotate tool is found in the Tools panel of the Tools sidebar and is your primary tool for resizing and rotating an image. Click and drag on the image to rotate it. The dialog box shown here appears after you click and drag to resize the image. You can choose to keep the original image or overwrite it with the new image size. To create a new file size, you can choose to save the image to a new file.

Here are some tips on using the Rotate, Skew, and Distort tools:
* **If you hold Shift while you click to specify rotation angle**, your image rotates in 90-degree increments rather than 180 degrees.
Managing the Adobe Photoshop Elements interface
Microsoft Windows version:
Click on the image to open the full-size guide. Use the “Page Back” and “Page Forward” buttons to return to the previous or next element.
OS X version:
Use the arrow keys to scroll between elements.
Use the up and down keys to move through the Elements interface.
Use the left and right arrows to scroll between tabs.

To hide tabs, click the “X” symbol next to the tab you want to hide.

The New England Patriots and the NFL’s Oakland Raiders have agreed to a home-and-home series in 2021, the NFL confirmed Thursday.
The agreement marks the first time the two franchise have played a home-and-home series in nearly 20 years, and the first time a visiting team has played in the Gillette Stadium since the Patriots played the Cowboys in the playoff round of the 2011 playoffs.
“We’re really excited about it,” Patriots owner Robert Kraft told reporters at Gillette Stadium on Thursday. “We are a good road team and do very well there. We love playing there and this is great for the league to have us back.
“We have people here who are excited to play there, and we’re honored that the league would want us to play the Raiders there.”
The series will be played Sept. 9, 2021, and Sept. 16, 2024.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement: “This is a tremendous opportunity to showcase the exceptional game of football in the state of New England. As two of the most successful franchises in the sport, we look forward to creating a tremendous atmosphere for our players, coaches and fans.”
The teams last met in a regular-season game in Oakland, a 34-31 Raiders victory in 2002. The Patriots have not won in Oakland since a 31-0 victory in the divisional round of the 2010 playoffs.
Kraft has been active in the future of the league in the recent years, adding a variety of new venues such as Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Glendale, Arizona; Los Angeles and, most recently, Orlando.
He said the move to Orlando is a sign of the growth of the league.
“You have a more diverse fan base,” Kraft said. “It’s really a step forward and we’re very excited about it. There’s great things happening here. Orlando has become a very warm destination and is definitely going to expand.”
Michael McAdoo, executive director of the Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission, said the future of sports was working with the NFL.
“It is just a huge feather in the cap for our commission and for Boston,” McAdoo said. “You are seeing a lot of developers having a lot of success with teams. It’s becoming a major hub and we are happy to be a part of it.”

Dispenser-based sampling to determine aqueous metal speciation in the geology-water-plant-environment continuum.
The physical and chemical processes that determine metal contamination in the environment are found in the geology-water-plant-environment continuum. While the physical process of dissolution is the primary process that controls metal contaminants in the environment, the concentration of particulate metals is controlled by the concentration of soluble metal species in the environment. Metal concentrations in soil are determined by either bulk soil concentration or by measurements of the concentration of aqueous metal species in a sample of soil. The aqueous metal species concentrations are controlled by the transport and hydrolysis of dissolved metal in the plant roots, and by the concentration of dissolved metal in the environment. Given the importance of the hydrological processes that control the speciation of metals, we have designed a sampler to determine the concentration of dissolved metal in soil, the concentration of dissolved metal in soil leachate, and the total concentration of dissolved metal in the soil solution. The sampler is composed of a small (1.4 cm diameter) composite sampler with a metal-screening filter at the inlet, a valve to stop flow when samples are taken, and tubing from the sampler to a pressure-compensated thermosensor for measurement of dissolved metal concentration. Laboratory testing of the sampler indicates that it is capable of isolating dissolved metals in soil leachate and soil solution, and is capable of sampling for five hours. When testing the sampler in the field, a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tube was inserted as a bypass for rain water. The bypass should only be used if rain is expected to contaminate the soil solution, and it is suggested that the bypass should be used only once to determine the soil leachate and soil solution concentrations, and not with sequential samples.Composition of medically used hydroxyapatite.
