The game works on several levels:
You will be shown two scoreboards (left and right), full of all the stats that matter: Lives, Extra lives, Kills, Hit points, Health points.
In the game, each successful attack gives you points. For each block, you also get some stamina points. When you’re running low on stamina, you’re out of action and you must wait until you have full stamina before you can attack again.
So: stamina points are ‘finite’ resources, and every time you attack, you get points. Your player will never run out of stamina points, they will always get full. So go ahead and try that by moving the character just as you are on your last stamina point… The game will still award you the points for your attack, but you won’t be able to use that attack for your next one!
When the enemy is on a cooldown, or the current enemy is very powerful, and will KO you in one go… you will need to rely on your best timing. If the KO is going to happen, you might as well be right there with them, ready to block!
There are four different game modes:

Android – Try to print toast messages from RecyclerView
I have a simple application that gets data from the server and populates a RecyclerView. I would like to put a “PAUSE” button in the bottom of my recyclerView so that the user can pause the serving data from the server. I have a listener which detects a “PAUSE” button and calls a method in the MainActivity class which will stop the data and call a custom function in the custom layout of the item cell to display an error message. However, the layout on the item cell displays blank.
I appreciate any help.
In my Main Activity class I have the function onPauseOverlay that I call from the clickListener on the “pauseButton”
