This agreement is entered into between “Festoon” and the Player.
Festoon is a third party game developer and publisher, and service provider. Festoon owns and controls the content and development of the websites at which this agreement is posted.
The Player agrees that his/her use of the content and services will not be at his/her own risk. The Player agrees that the responsibility for any risk, damages, or other losses resulting from the use of the service or content rests solely with the Player.
The Player agrees to accept the risks associated with playing the game or using the service. The Player accepts and understands that he/she will not hold Festoon and/or the game and/or the service provider liable for any damages, losses, or injuries. The Player agrees to be aware of and to follow all local, state, and national laws applicable to the player, including to be aware of the risks and hazards involved in game play, downloading, registration, or other use of the service and content.
The Player acknowledges that Festoon does not assume any responsibility or liability for any damages or injury to the Player, or any loss or damage of any kind, either direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, consequential, or otherwise, that may be caused by the Player or any of the use or misuse of the service and content.
The Player agrees that Festoon is under no obligation to investigate or assist in any action against any other user of the service and content.
The Player agrees that he/she will not use the service and/or content in any illegal manner or in a manner deemed by Festoon to be illegal. The player agrees to report all occurrences of copyright infringement and any violations of this agreement to Festoon immediately via e-mail at [email protected]
By accessing and using the service and/or content you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Festoon reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to change or terminate this agreement and any policies and rules adopted by Festoon without prior notice.

1. Input Notes on 2D Simulator
– Simulate 2D world on 3D plane
– Two “notes” appearing on-screen is an event
– The left and right is the main character and his left and right hand, respectively
– The position of “notes” corresponds to the position of the main character on the 2D plane
– The time you hit the “notes” corresponds to the right key on the keyboard
– In normal gameplay, you can tap the right-top corner to activate the main character
2. Add “notes” to the 2D Plane
– To hit the notes appearing on-screen, touch the right-top corner of the simulator
3. Add Right Hand
– Note that the right hand in 2D doesn’t move in the same way as in the real world (it is limited in movement)
4. Add Left Hand
– Touch the left and right to use the left and right hand
5. Perform Hack
– During gameplay, “notes” will appear on-screen. When you see a note and it’s at the right time and in the right position, hit it with a key
– If you do it wrong, you’ll get 0 points
– If you do it right, you’ll get points
– You can take points for doing well, which will accumulate to the final score
– Throughout gameplay, you can acquire mysterious points and secret facilities
6. Unlocked Generals
– Each General has his own characteristics.
– You’ll progress by winning battles and leveling your Generals.
– The more battles you win, the more points you’ll get.
– Points can be used to purchase Supplements for enhancing your General.
– You start with a small number of Generals and are able to purchase more with points
7. Favorites
– Winning battles to get points is a lot of work, so you may want to have a collection of Generals for easy access.
– You can also take general points to use them as a kind of currency.
– You’ll unlock a map (on the main menu) so that you can view a map with Generals.
*At the moment, there are only five Generals that are unlocked (while you can purchase more in the future).

Massive thanks and props to FSM and StreetSceneModels for converting this in a ‘no registration’ format.
I use the same GHD’s as StreetSceneModels, the same doll, the same head, the same body, the same hairstyle, and the same makeup as in their simulations. There were no changes and no latency problems. I just cropped him in on a different body.
The ‘Real or Not’ logo seen is my personal logo, and not my real logo. I decided to render it in a way to have it look like FSM logo. This is just my version of the outfit.
