Besides username and password you can also add the URL which is attributed to the given account, as well as description if necessary. However, there is no implemented function that lets you add more fields, or even attach a file to an entry.

PassBook is a lightweight multi-account password manager for OS X. It provides support for the following platforms:

If you are using Windows, you can run the PassBook utility from within the Applications folder. PassBook does not require any installation. Please make sure that PassBook is activated before you launch the utility.
