There are two types of Photoshop elements – a mobile app and a desktop application. If you are looking for the desktop app, you can download it from the web. And, if you are looking for the mobile app, you can download it from the App store or Google play store.
The desktop app works fine on most computers, but some computers need to be updated.
First thing to do is download Photoshop elements for Desktop from this link. You will get some pop-up offers after downloading the app. Simply close those offers and open the app.
Please note that if you are using a Mac you may need to download and install macOS Mojave, which requires the app to be updated.
When you open Photoshop Elements app, you should see a taskbar (shown below).

Now, let us move on to the steps to learn how to work in Photoshop Elements.
If your file is not selected, right-click on the canvas and choose Select All. Then press Ctrl+A. This will highlight everything in the image.
Now select the Move Tool icon (the blue arrow). This icon is found to the right of the Canvas.

DUBAI, Feb 22, 2017: Investors in the energy industry are eyeing Iran’s landmark new oil pipelines, which could support a substantial increase in crude oil production in the coming years, analysts have said.
The Iranian government has said that, by the end of 2017, it will have a total of 30 million barrels of proven oil reserves, which could give a much-needed fillip to its moribund oil industry.
Backed by the government’s plan to develop northern, central and southern areas, the upstream oil and gas industry could generate an additional 5 billion barrels a year, said Zarrabian.
“Fars Investment Assurance Co, which seeks to advise investors on Iran’s oil and gas sector, has raised the country’s oil reserve estimate to 10.3 million barrels from 8.8 million barrels previously,” the Tehran-based financial analyst said.
“The country could also increase its oil production to 5.9 million barrels a day from 5.8 million barrels in 2016.
“Iran’s oil industry needs a lot of help. Many of the core oil and gas projects have been delayed due to sanctions and the Iranian government has struggled to make more production due to lack of finances,” the analyst added.
Iran’s oil export capacity will rise from 1.5 million barrels a day currently to 2.6 million barrels a day in 2018 and 2.8 million barrels a day in 2019, he added.
Iran will also boost its natural gas output from around 3.2 million barrels a day currently to 5.5 million barrels a day in 2018 and up to 7.1 million barrels in 2019, Zarrabian said.
To supply these sectors, new, modern oil pipelines are vital.
