This Photoshop tutorial teaches beginners how to manipulate images in Photoshop to create different effects and styles. We will use Photoshop 8, and include some helpful video tutorials.
1) Create your mockup

1. Start Photoshop by opening a new document
2. Set the size to 1024 x 768 (or your preferred size)
3. Choose a solid color for the background (White)
4. Create a new layer and name it “Background”
5. Select the Brush tool (which has a white square at the bottom of the tool)
6. Select a small soft brush
7. Hold down the Alt key on your keyboard to use a light source
8. Click and drag the cursor over the canvas to create your brush strokes

1. Click the “Create new layer” button. This will create a new layer above the Background layer
2. Select the pen tool and click on the center of the canvas
3. Go into pencil mode and create a continuous line using an angle of 90 degrees and 200 clicks (or the amount you prefer)

1. Click the “Create new layer” button
2. Select the lasso tool and hold down the Alt key to use a light source
3. Create a continuous line using the pen tool and drag from the right side to the left to create the shadow on your image
4. Go into red line mode and create two lines: one on the left and one on the right
5. Click the top right corner of the canvas to connect the two lines
6. Create a brush with a large white circle in the center of the canvas
7. Click the small white square at the top of the brush tool to open the Brush Preset Picker
8. Open the “Brushes” folder
9. Select the “Big White Round” brush
10. Create a new layer above the Background layer
11. Go into “Select” mode and type “shadow”
12. Click on the top left corner of the canvas and press the “l” key
13. Hold down the Shift key and click at the bottom of the shadow and press “d” key
14. Type 50 and click on the right side of the shadow layer
15. Move the shadow layer above the canvas
Adobe Photoshop CS5 is the latest version of Photoshop. It is a professional and fully featured application with tools similar to those of Adobe Illustrator CS5. It supports all major image formats and file formats.
Flash and all other Microsoft programs can be exploited in Photoshop. In contrast, Photoshop is a fully functional program that supports both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, but only on computers that run Windows.

Composition Brush
The Brush tool is used to paint your canvas. There are many types of brushes, depending on what effect you would like to create. Brushes come in 10 different sizes (called Dynamic Sizes) and 9 different styles (also known as Brush Effects). The Brush Effects include the kind of artbrush you use to compose your image, like a pencil, a pen, or even a sable brush. You can adjust the brush and transform its style.
Paint Bucket
If you want to paint all over your canvas, start by setting your foreground color and brush size. With the Paint Bucket tool, you can select an area of the image that you want to use, just like you would with a regular paintbrush. Then, just drag the Paint Bucket over the area of the image that you want to fill up. When you release the mouse, the image where you have brushed will fill up with your brush color. You can also drag the mouse up and down to set the amount of transparency in the image.
Eraser
The Eraser tool is similar to the Paint Bucket tool, only this one erases the image. Just click on the tool, then click on an area of the image, and release. The area that you have clicked is removed from the image, and is replaced with the color of the background.
Brush Tip
The Brush tip is similar to the Eraser tool. The difference is that you can adjust its size and hardness. For example, you may want to create a softer effect, so you can adjust the size of the tip. You may want to create a sturdier brush tip, so you can make your brush fill up the paper without blending it in.
Watercolor
The Brush tool is similar to the Watercolor tool. It provides great blending tools and is extremely useful for creating smooth gradients. To make the brush effect smoother, you can adjust the size, hardness and transparency of the brush. For instance, you may want a hard brush on a thin paper with a high transparency level, so it leaves smooth strokes. You could also use the brush on high-quality paper, with a lower transparency, so you can see the paper underneath, and erase any mistakes you have made.
Pencil
The Pencil tool is similar to the Brush tool, but it is used for line work. It is useful for creating clean and sharp lines, and for line work that would not work
Effects of the anti-androgen FLG on wild-type and mutant hyperproliferative lesion of the acrosome-defective mouse spigot (SPS) develop in the fallopian tubes.
The acrosome-defective mouse spigot (SPS) develops in strain B10.Sg-Spsm1 on the C57BL/10 (B10) mouse strain background. In SPS mice, the fallopian tubes become extremely distended with thickened epithelia, and a proportion of the mice become infertile. The stromal component of the lesion consists of an acrosome-defective mesenchymal cell and a hyperproliferative mesothelial cell. The mutant mesenchymal cell gives rise to a fasciculated, nodular lesion. The hyperproliferative mesothelial cell appears not only in the fallopian tubes, but also in the heart, pancreas, lung, and subcutis. In this study we examined the response of wild-type and homozygous SPS (SPSH) SPS mice to treatment with the anti-androgen flutamide (FLG). Although wild-type mice ceased development of the lesion after only 28 days of FLG treatment, male and female SPSH mice required 42 days of treatment. SPSH animals responded to treatment by losing their wild-type mesenchymal cell. In male mice, a hyperplastic mesothelial cell was induced but this also disappeared after 42 days of treatment. In female mice, wild-type mesothelial cells were seen in the area of the hyperplastic mesothelium. These results indicate that FLG may be capable of disrupting the growth of the SPS mesenchymal cells.When I got the box of my new X-mini, I was delighted to find that I already had an extra battery and memory card.
