Photoshop for desktop is now running on macOS 10.14 Mojave, Apple’s latest operating system, which was released in September 2018. One of its main improvements is support for the new High Dynamic Range image format (HDR), which allows for extreme contrast between light and dark areas of images. First thing you do is set up a new document. Select File > New, and pick “Photoshop Document (psd)”, “Photoshop Document (psd) – Optimized”, or “Photoshop Document (.psd)” from the available “Open a” menu.
