* _**Image Size:** _ We look at Photoshop’s Image Size settings in the next section. You can increase or decrease the size of your image, keep its pixels the same, or resize the image to a smaller or larger size. For example, you can increase or decrease the width, height, and resolution of your image and then resize it as needed.
* _**Image Size:** _ The Image Size dialog box is where you control your image’s size and how it looks. You can choose to make the image the exact size you want, to keep the pixels the same, or to resize the image to a smaller or larger size.
In the image-editing process, you can use the Image Size dialog box to make your image look the way you want. The next two sections show you how to adjust image size and create a custom image size with resizing tools.
Photoshop Elements also includes all of the built-in filter effects that are found in the professional versions of Photoshop. These filter effects can be applied to multiple layers of an image to create a variety of interesting images and effects. For example, you can create a photo of a flower with a flower petal cutout filter and then add a simple monochrome or black-and-white effect to the portion of the photo that the cutout is over. You can also use filters like the posterize, sharpen or dodge filter effects to enhance and then further edit your photos.
Using the various filters that Photoshop Elements provides, you can create a variety of interesting images that are fun to view and easy to share. An additional benefit of the Elements filters is that you can use the same filters to create many different images. For example, if you decide later that you want to change the filter you used to create the photo of the flower, it’s easy to do. You can simply delete the layers that applied the filter and recreate the photo using a different filter that you like better.
The Photoshop Elements tools are designed for getting your photos looking the best that they can. You can edit photos of virtually any type including photos of birds and other wild creatures. There are also special tools that allow you to take a snapshot of your computer screen, reduce the size of your image, increase or decrease the brightness, contrast, or saturation of an image, remove red eye from a photo, or crop the edges of a photo.
Photoshop Elements is fast and easy to use. It’s designed to allow you to focus on making your photos look their very best. If you want to create a video or have someone else to help you, there are several features of the program that allow you to perform these tasks. You can create basic photos or videos with the built in image and video editor. You can open up your photos in the image editor and then send them to a third party for editing. You can also use a variety of online services to create images and videos, such as Google’s free Picasa, Microsoft’s free Windows Live Photo Gallery, or the iPhone’s built-in Camera App.
Photoshop Elements offers a great variety of built-in tools to help you edit and manipulate your images. These tools can be used to create images such as fireworks, small play set art, playing cards, or a variety of other fun images. There are even some fun toys for

Q:
How to get object of a given Type at runtime?
I am writing a general purpose code analyzer.
I know how to detect and get all types and namespaces of a given assembly.
For example, I know that there are only 2 types in namespaces of System.Console: Stream and TextReader.
My question is, how to detect instances of these types at runtime?
I would like to have some generic method, like:

I want to know whether there is some type in this assembly. If there is a type, do I know its members (fields, properties, methods and so on)?
A:
Use reflection to find the type, then have a second call to reflector to get members from the type.
