In total, we paid $18K in all for our stateroom, for 3 nights and 4 full days at sea. Thats not including the shipboard credit cards that we would use for anything from a $4 jumbo cocktail from the buffet, the $4 cappuccino ($8 if you want a latte), the $6 Cinnabon, the $7 snack platter from the buffet, the $10 pizza from the buffet, $10 steakhouse dinners and $20 vodka and soda. For drinks alone, we spent $55K on 4 meals a day plus the $4 jumbo cocktails from the buffet, $4 cappuccinos from the buffet, $5.50 snacks, $13.50 dinner entrées, $10 steaks, $10 cocktails, $10 on a house specialty cocktail and $50 on wine, and thats not including the fact that we wanted to buy $120 bottles of wine on the ship, its not fun trying to explain to your waiter why you want to buy a $100 bottle of wine on the ship when you can see all the other bottles for sale for about $10-20 a bottle. When you see the prices of the bottles on the beverage kiosk they look like they should be for $40-50 a bottle, but are more like $30-40.
I love the bar! Is it just me or do you think that when you walk in there is so much life in the air and the sounds of people having a good time. The bar is very comfortable and makes you just feel good. I love when they have live music there and you can watch people coming in and out of there on the 1st floor. I’m pretty sure they have free popcorn on Sundays during the day too.
