Windows 8 will only be secured through Secure Boot. In other words, users will not be able to use the legacy boot method to boot their devices unless they use a Windows 8 license key. Also, the use of any type of third-party secure boot will be prohibited.
With Microsoft having a hard stance on the Secure Boot feature, it means that any device that doesn’t contain a valid Windows 8 license key will be prevented from booting.
3. Only Windows 8 preview users can test it
